Payment Policy
All services offered by Techy Rank require advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments may be made through approved payment gateways, bank transfer, mobile banking, or other officially accepted payment methods.
Projects and services may be divided into milestones, and payments must be completed according to the agreed milestone schedule before work continues.
Failure to make timely payments may result in the temporary suspension or cancellation of services.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun or services have been delivered. However, refund requests may be reviewed under specific conditions described below.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Work has already been started, completed, or delivered
Approved designs, strategies, or development phases have begun
SEO, digital marketing, hosting, domain, or subscription-based services have been activated
Services purchased under promotional, discounted, or limited-time offers
Client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide required materials
Issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or external service interruptions
Digital marketing, SEO, hosting, and subscription services are non-refundable, but clients may cancel future renewals by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
Project Cancellation
If the client cancels a project after work has started:
Payment for completed milestones or delivered work will not be refunded
Any remaining unpaid milestones will be cancelled
All completed work delivered up to that point remains the property of the client after full payment for completed stages
If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, refund eligibility (if any) will be determined based on completed work and project costs already incurred.
Special Refund Consideration
Refunds may be considered only if:
The service has not yet been started, and
A written cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of payment, and
The company approves the refund after internal review
Approved refunds (if applicable) may take 15–45 working days to process, depending on payment gateway policies and banking procedures. Processing fees, transaction charges, or service costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
Third-Party Services
For services involving third-party platforms (such as domains, hosting, advertising platforms, or software licenses), refund decisions may depend on the respective third-party provider’s refund policy. Techy Rank will assist with communication, but cannot guarantee refunds from third-party providers.
